Recognition Celebration 2024

The 2024 Recognition Event was held on February 6, 2024 at the Lincoln Station. It was an evening filled with awards, connection, and heartfelt remarks.

There were many awards presented that evening, including the Carmen and Tony Messineo Community Involvement Award. Lincoln TeamMates owes a great thanks to the Messineo family, along with Premier Catering, for donating the fantastic food and space. We would like to extend sympathy to Carmen Messineo and the entire Messineo family as they grieve the husband, father, grandfather, and long-time friend of TeamMates, Tony Messineo.

The highlight of the evening was a keynote presentation from Tut Kailech, who reminded us all that “We Are” important and we matter. Tut Kailech, a refugee from South Sudan who is now an American citizen, is currently employed as a Community Builder and Marketing Specialist at a local non-profit organization called NeighborWorks Lincoln. Tut’s vision and goal is to provide a helpful resource for all residents of Lincoln by encouraging learning, connection, and engagement with one another.
