Facilitator Award Nominations

Our January Recognition Celebration highlights school facilitators who go the extra mile to assist TeamMates mentors and mentees. As the “go-to” person in their building, facilitators are responsible for organizing the TeamMates program at their school, an additional responsibility beyond their daily duties.

Our 2020 Recognition Celebration will recognize one of these wonderful TeamMates champions with the Facilitator Award of Excellence. Does your facilitator create a positive mentoring environment at school? Do they effectively communicate information about the school schedule, activities, testing, and closure dates? Does your facilitator foster your relationship with your mentee through activities, discussion, and information? If so, click the button below and nominate your facilitator! Nominations are due December 6, 2019.

Mentor Hall of Fame Nominations

There are some mentors who go above and beyond to be wonderful encouragers, champions, and friends. Mentees who have been meeting with their outstanding mentor for three years or more, have the opportunity to nominate their mentors for the Mentor “Hall of Fame” award, given at the annual Recognition Celebration. Nominations are due to the TeamMates office by December 6, 2019.

Student Achievement Nominations

Mentors are encouraged to nominate their mentee to receive the Student Achievement Award to be presented at the Recognition Celebration in January. Eligible students must have met with their mentors for three or more years, and must meet at least one of the following three criteria: improved grades, decreased number of disciplinary referrals, or improved attendance. Use the button below to make your nomination. Nominations are due by December 6, 2019.
