Each year, Lincoln TeamMates recognizes the exceptional mentors, mentees, facilitators, and partners who support the TeamMates mission to positively impact the world by inspiring students to reach their full potential through mentoring. More information about the Recognition Celebration will be coming soon. You can nominate your mentor, mentee, or school facilitator with the buttons below.

Nominate a school staff member for the Facilitator Award of Excellence
Nominate a volunteer for the Mentor Hall of Fame
Nominate a mentee for the Student Achievement Award


Nominations are due by December 5th, 2025. Mentors and mentees must have been meeting for at least 3 years to be eligible for the Mentor Hall of Fame and/or the Student Achievement Award.
