February is Black History Month. Whether you meet with your mentee in person or via Zoom, there are some fantastic virtual resources to explore as a catalyst for expanding or sharing your (and/or your mentee’s) knowledge and appreciation of the experiences and contributions of Black/African American people. - Check out Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)
- Learn about some of the contributions of great Black scientists
- Read about the inventor of the Super Soaker, Lonnie Johnson
