Rummy

Supplies Needed:

• Deck of Cards

Instructions:

1. Each player gets 10 cards. The remaining cards become a draw and discard pile.
2. Players take turns and pick up a card from the face down discard pile or the draw pile.
3. The goal is to make runs (1-2-3 or 9-10-J, etc.) of the same suit and matches  (5-5-5 or Q-Q-Q, etc.) with at least three cards in their hand.
4. When a player sets down a set or run, they cannot add to it again.
5. After setting down a set or run, add up the points of the play. For example, a 1-2-3 run and Q-Q-Q set would equal 36 points (6 for the run and 30 for the set).
6. At the end of their turn, players must discard one of the cards in their hand.
7. The game continues until someone scores at least 100 points.
