King’s Corner
Supplies Needed:
- Deck of Cards
Instructions:
- Each player is dealt 7 cards. The remaining cards are placed face down in the center of the table. This is now the draw pile.
- The dealer draws 4 cards and places the cards face up around the draw pile.
- If a King card is drawn, place the card face up between the cards. You are placing the King in the corner.
- The dealer’s TeamMate plays first.
- Players can place the next lowest card of alternate suit on the face up cards. For example, if a Red 6 (hearts or diamonds) is face up, a player can place a Black 5 (spades, clubs) on it.
- Players can lay cards from their hands on the piles and/or move one pile to another pile on the table.
- Play continues until a player has no moves left. They then have to let their TeamMate know that their turn is over.
- After their TeamMate finishes their turn, all players draw one card from the center draw pile.
- The game continues until one player gets rid of all the cards in their hand.
