Recognition Celebration 2026

Nearly 350 guests attended the Recognition Celebration on February 3, 2026. Guests were able to celebrate the connections, the growth, and the vibrant community we continue to build together in TeamMates.

Guests were invited to write names of people and organizations that help support them on a ‘Lego’ brick to then add to one collective cityscape. This display shows that we truly all belong and we all have people that help us “click in”, like a TeamMates mentor.

Many awards were given that night, including Decade of Difference, Mentor Hall of Fame, and Facilitator Award of Excellence. Perhaps the most special moment was when 44 students were awarded the Student Achievement Award. You can view all award winners by clicking the link below.

The evening ended with LPS Superintendent, John Skretta, and Lincoln TeamMates Board President, Greg Bouvier, congratulating all award winners and calling out the need for more mentors. Over 500 students are waiting for a TeamMates Mentor in Lincoln.
