Community Service Project- February 2020

Cause: Operation Gratitude

Background Information: Operation Gratitude is a non-profit that works to give back to deployed U.S. service members, veterans, first responders, recruit graduates, and military families.  Each year, Operation Gratitude sends out over 100,000 care packages to deployed troops. A must-have item in these packages is a Paracord Survival Bracelet. Not only are these bracelets really cool looking, they can actually be used to save a life in an emergency situation.  If needed, a member of the armed forces can use the paracord to hold up to 550 pounds of weight. Most importantly, sending these bracelets in care packages to our troops, shows that we care and appreciate them.
