Graduation Caps

Instructions:

Decorate one side of your 6 x 6 inch piece of cardstock paper with a congratulatory and encouraging message for the babies graduating from the NICU!

2. Glue one end of each 3” x 12” strip of cardstock together, with a one inch overlap. Now you have a 23” strip.

3. Using a ruler to measure, cut the strip to 14”.

4. Fold over 1” from the long side of the strip and crease.

5. On the 1” side you just folded, make cuts to the crease line 1” apart. This is called fringe.

6. Bring the two ends of your strip together to form a circle. Glue the ends with a 1” overlap. Let dry.

7. Turn your cardstock circle so that the fringe is facing downward.

8. Glue your fringe to the center of the non-decorated side of the cardstock paper. You will have to push the fringe down so it sticks. Let dry.
